It was perfect! he was on time, he called in the morning to give me a heads up on where he was since he had other deliveries. We live in brentwood and he came from folsom which was amazing. I called companies in livermore and they said it was too far....??? We also had a popcorn machine which was a hit. everyone loved. Even though we had a brand new bouncy that no one had used yet, he definitely gives the vibe of keeping them super clean in the future when they do get used. With all other horror stories I've read, he doesn't seem like someone that would leave you in the dust if something happened like all the other business's do (that i've read about) All in All I will be referring him and his company and will be using him again! I had a really great experience working with Tambriz Party Rentals for my daughter's first…read morebirthday. I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!
