It had no indication on how to pay; no place to write credit card info, no info on who to write a check to, and no due date. It said "thank you for your prompt payment." at the bottom. After 30 days, Christine called my phone and left a message that said how much I owed, when I was in, and that I could pay over the phone and that she didn't want to have to send me to collections. I promptly called back with credit card info and paid my bill. To threaten a client to be sent into collections in such a short time is extremely unprofessional. For that reason I will no longer do business with The Source.

Get you in and out in under 10 minutes so they could see the next person. That is all that they cared about. Dr. Spiess has a different approach. He doesn't monitor his Yelp reviews or ask you to leave feedback. Truth is, he doesn't really care how the internet perceives things. He knows that by word of mouth, he will gain new patients. I got lucky and found him under my providers list for Chiropractic care. From the first appointment forward, I knew he cared. I had really good insurance which covered the 30 minute appointment. Even if you don't have insurance that will cover it, seeing him once a month for the cash amount is completely worth it. I walked out every time feeling way better, and cannot state how much I love this man for getting me straightened out.

Not a "pop and go" adjustment, like some do. You don't need to see him 3 times a week for 12 weeks like other chiropractors will tell you. His adjustments are very effective and seem to stay in place longer. If you have pain or health issues, go see him. I'm an Acupuncturist and I love Eastern Medicine, but Dr Spiess is the only Chiropractor I'll let adjust me. I have complete confidence in his work. Thanks Dr Spiess.
