The dentist was very heavy handed with the nerve agent, so the front right side of my face remains numb or on a good day, it aches with a deep pain. I use to not hate going here. After a 9 month long journey into dentures I can say beyond any…read moreshadow of doubt, this NOT where you should go. Once you realize they are lying to you, & your insurance company things get rocky. If you call Mr. Harman out on his demeaning behavior towards patients you will get "ghosted". They won't return calls, or messages after they give you improper fitting prosthetics, even though they're suppose to be responsible for the after care. Mr. Harman hasn't worked on me in over 9 months & couldn't be bothered to review my chart before talking with me at my last appt. I called him an arrogant asshole to his face after he lied to me saying I had wax try-ins done. Once he realized I know what I am talking about he changed his comments to "I have bad bones" & that's why they don't fit correctly. Yet for 9 months no one has ever said anything about my bones. For months I was assured I would be treated kindly & listened too. That in fact is very inaccurate. I NEVER signed for or accepted the denture the way it is. They had me out it in and didn't give me a mirror, moments before their office closed. As soon as I got to the car I looked & messaged back immediately saying I was unhappy. They assured me to wear them a few days & see if I could adjust to them & that they could in fact fix ALL of my concerns. As soon as I set in the chair the tech repeated things back to me to adjust, that I never said. I asked why I would do that, because it would in fact make them fit worse. The front office, mainly Mrs. Harman will be excessively sweet to kind of keep you in the dark about what is really going on. Once they get your money, your dead to them. I even requested written copies of their business policies & procedures to which I am still being denied. Two days after I told other people about my experience the office suddenly had a mysterious water issue that no one has come to repair, & none of the adjoining businesses are experiencing water issues. Last night in passing I found out that Mr. & Mrs. Harman RETIRED in less than a week, out of the blue. Seems extremely sketchy to me . . .

I was at the softball fields one day when I saw a guy that I know that WAS very large and now WASN'T so large anymore. We got to talking and he told me that he lost his weight with the help of Dr. Hanna in Wagoner. I waited around for a month or 2 and then decided to give it a go. In less than 2 months I have lost 10.8 official pounds and still have some to go. His staff was very friendly. I am loosing weight but I also don't have to wait when I get to Dr. Hanna office. I believe that Dr. Hanna respects the idea that customers/client/patience all have lives too and that we shouldn't have to waste our time. I signed in, waited 5 minutes and was called back. The nurse, came and gave me a shot (optional) and then I waited another 5 minutes and saw the Dr. The Dr. took a genuine interest in what I desired and made his recommendations to me and I was out of there - BEFORE MY SCHEDULED appointment. Yep, gone before I was even supposed to be there. LOVE IT. 2nd appointment was just as great. Keep in mind that I saw Dr. Hanna as a "medical spa" client and not a medical patient. Although I have considered making him my primary care Dr. I believe I can drive 20 minutes to his office and be back home before my current Dr. would have me in his office... Something to think about.
