It's hard to put into words the powerful impact of Prabhuji's…read moreinspiring guidance, available on the website through lectures and books, and through satsangs at the Vishwa Dharma Mandalam. I also highly recommend the yoga classes. They are incredibly helpful for learning proper alignment in the asanas, but more importantly, they are taught from a spiritual rather than a "gym-body building" perspective. I studied with two instructors there, both truly master teachers of yoga. After taking a lot of yoga classes in various places over the years, I feel I finally found a healthy alignment and a much more profound understanding of yoga, from studying here. You can also attend kirtans and pujas and other special events, and get to know the wonderful, kind and welcoming community of spiritual disciples of Prabhuji.
