Their new massage therapist is well worth the money. But the hair salon... Oof. I've never had worse customer service in my life. I asked for a hair color with a picture, I was told it would take two sittings as I was going part way blonde, I agreed that would be ok. I came back for my second appointment and it was worse than it was after the first. It also wasnt the placement I asked for. I could write a lot about my experience but I will condense it to this. Hair cut was uneven, the stylist not only didn't do what I asked but told me she wasn't "just going to do that" AFTER my session was over. She was not honest with me about what she thought she could do with my hair and thus it started me on a very expensive and long journey to get it fixed. I asked two other stylists from different salons after the second appointment went so terribly and they both agreed the stylist was not being truthful. ( I ended up getting exactly what I asked for in one sitting at a different salon. ) She took liberties to do "extra treatments" with out consulting me first that ended up making the final bill more than was expected. I understand they were needed but if you promise a price you consult your client before doing things that will change that agreed upon price. I could go on but this is too long already... Don't get your hair done there

I would have liked her to be a little slower so I could actually understand what she was talking about....bulbs and neck reflectors and what have you. I wish she would have explained the process a bit more before leaving us to fend for ourselves, but I figured it out and all is good. I bought a month unlimited so I will be back.
