Don went out of his way to work with my dad to update his will and power of attorney documents. When dad died, Don was there to handle probate and the sale of dad's house. Don was very compassionate and treated my dad with great respect, and helped me immeasurably while I was spending time with my dad in his final month or so, and after dad was gone. Don was always willing to take time out of his day to speak to me whenever I needed help, not to mention meeting with my brother and I on a Saturday at the Kelowna Greyhound station to get documents signed. His advice to me was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. I am also grateful for Don's wonderful team.
