If I could give this school zero stars, I would. Went here for all of my 3 years of Highschool, but…read moremy last and final year was absolutely disgraceful, and ruined my ability of getting my Highschool diploma. Forgot about me entirely for my senior year, did not think to add me into the yearbook, lost all of my credits/assignments I had spent DAYS on so I could graduate, and instead of apologizing and fixing their wrongs, threatened to send me to URCERO as punishment. I have always been a student with almost all A's, so this had nothing to do with work ethic, nor intelligence. After explaining to staff which credits and classes I needed, they ignored me, and put me into classes I had already taken, and where I would not receive any credits. I switched out of those classes, but SOMEHOW the school still thought I was in these classes, marked me absent, put my "grades" into the grade book, made calls home, etc. I was not even enrolled in these said classes for weeks on end, and they still continued to do this after I brought it up multiple times. Teachers and staff consistently treated me like a burden when I asked for basic help as well. Not to mention, how many teachers can get away with behaving terrible to students, several complaints from students and parents, but never receive any type of response by the administration whatsoever. However, there are a few amazing teachers like Ms. Costa, and Mr. Roberts who always made others and I feel wanted and respected, regardless of the struggle. I would also like to mention that this school has a VERY big problem with coming to your home unannounced. I think it is crossing a boundary to knock on someones door for a minute straight, without even thinking to leave a call first. They will especially do it if you've missed days, and you are sick. They will keep your address in their books, even after you've graduated. This school is incredibly good at making you feel like cattle.
