I had never been to someone who just did conveyancing and I was going to go back to my solicitor, but my real estate agent recommended Hills Conveyancing. They were terrific and half the price of a solicitor. The handled both the sale and purchase and gave me advice in both cases. I found out afterwards that they also handled the my purchase from the sellers which made everything so much easier. The sellers had taken the advice from their agent as well. Normally you don't get to talk to the 'other' side when you are purchasing or selling but Joanne, the principal of Hills Conveyancing thought it might be a good idea with our purchase.
