I had a problem with my shower and it wasn't an emergency. I contacted Bret from Speirs Plumbing…read moreand he sent Alex to resolve. They were able to fit me in within a few days. The reason I'm so pleased - is that in these times when it's so difficult to get anyone to even respond to minor issues - they took the time to address this problem. Most places won't even return your call. Companies know they can make much more money doing bigger jobs. I appreciated their customer service and the quality of the work once they arrived here. Alex took the time to diagnose the problem and even after he felt it was resolved he checked other areas and basically cleaned up my shower plumbing to prevent future problems. A+++ service and work. Thanks!

The serviceman was clearly very knowledgeable and didn't try to convince me of service I didn't need. He took time to answer my questions thoroughly. My only complaint is that on my first scheduled appointment time, he was a no show. I called and got no answer. He ended up calling hours later letting me know he was sick. This was understandable and we rescheduled. The next time, he called early saying he was on his way. I wasn't home since our appointed time was still a couple hours out. He started on the exterior inspections and luckily it ended up working out. Though there were some scheduling issues, I would still recommend this company and will use them for any of my future needs.

Updated Review: Review for 08/10/2021…read more I called A1Quick again because the top part of my house was not cooling because my house is so big, they were very fast got there that night around 1830 hours and checked my rooms and bath rooms up stairs and they knew what I needed, and he told me he would let me know the next day the price. He was able to get me a great deal and quote to get my second AC unit installed, he (Raphael) worked hard and got the best quote for me. 4 other AC companies came to my home and told me quote well above 10k and 12k and A1Quick was able to give me a good deal 5x cheaper than everyone else, I trust Raphael and his employee's so much more than others now. Jose and Luis, Mahonry were great, they came and helped Raphael add new ducts and the second AC unit and they hide all the wires and everything to make it looks flush with my house, They were very honest and trustworthy and treated me like family. I will make sure to recommend them to anyone in Davis and Weber county who is looking for a great AC team. Thank you Raphael, Jose and Luis Mahonry, you are amazing and really do appreciate you three for taking care of me, and my home. Review below was for 07/07/2021 My AC went out a last week, and I called this company, I told them what happened and they came out right away, and I found out my unit was very old, and they assured me they can get it done right away. I was pretty mad because of the heat but they got here the next day, and installed and brand new unit and furnace in less than 5 hour and explained everything to me. They showed me what they did, how they did it, and even went over the warranty with me. Jose and Luis was very respectful and honest and they treated me like family. They even came by a few days later to check on me and my unit. I really enjoyed talking to them and I recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience and good service. Thank you Jose and Luis.

I called Thursday morning with a mainline backup, meaning no showers, toilets, laundry, or dishwasher use. They couldn't come until Friday, which I accepted. Friday morning, I called for an ETA, only to learn they'd canceled my appointment entirely (no reschedule) to handle an emergency for a large client (Salt Lake Airport). They didn't offer evening Friday or Saturday service--just canceled. I ended up waiting until Monday for another plumber (from another company), adding three more days without any water use in the house. I understand prioritizing major clients, but abruptly dropping a residential customer in a true emergency isn't acceptable. They should have made it work, even if late Friday or early Saturday. While I appreciate the honesty reputation, I strongly advise against calling them for anything urgent.
