What a place. Not too expensive, not too cheap, feels upscale, but also feels like your local regular spot. I had the burger and ordered the "boot strap" which is one of their cocktails. The waitress was very nice, we were seated quickly, and while she did converse with us, she wasn't intrusive or overbearing. The burger was excellent and the cocktail was equally as good. This is an awesome find in Killarney, especially if you are looking for the higher-end vibe with the same prices as the pub fare. The vibe is super cool and there is plenty of room for bigger parties. The bar is awesome and a place to have dinner if you would like. Came in with my daugther. We ordered our meal and drinks. When my French wine arrived I realised that it was not up to standard. I immediately ordered a Malbeck after 5 minutes I had my steak Beairnaise. ( Sauce was out of a bag the kind you get on French highways) after 32 minutes and signaling multiple time the staff. I had to hear Malbeck was sold out. I told waiteress that was now cold and to give me a italian Tempora. 14 minutes later had to hear that it was also sold out. Dined here while on vacation and glad we found this amazing place! A former, famed department store originally, the decor and spacious layout are wonderful and the food and service beyond compare. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and attentive. One of my bartenders, a young man originally from Lithuania, stood out especially and we spoke at length about a particular food from Vilnius I had long forgotten the name of but he quickly identified it for me. For dinner, I treated myself to their rack of lamb and a better meal I never had. I can't wait to visit the beautiful city of Killarney again and will definitely make it a point to dine here again, as well as recommend it to any of my acquaintances visiting the region. read more

One of the best meals we've enjoyed in Ireland! We had a number of small plates, oysters, crab, salad and patates. All were wonderful. Their cocktail menu is the most creative we've seen since we've been in Ireland. The seafood paella was full of seafood and was flavorful and delicious. And the best part was how welcoming the staff and owners were. After dinner we went next door to their liveliest bar in Killarney. While visiting Killarney we heard about the great cocktail atmosphere and they certainly did not disappoint. Our table practically ordered one of each item off the menu and we were blown away with each presentation. From the drinks to the food the staff there knocked it out of the park.
