don't ever use this charity for donations of your clothes or appliances. i have donated to them…read morefor over 7 years without a problem.....the woman that works there is rude and obnoxious, but always treated her with professionalism when getting an appointment for a pick up! this past week i had made an appointment for november 3rd. the truck never showed up and then on the message from the office it was the 4th, 5th or 6th! for four days i stayed in my house waiting for them. i left several messages and no call back!!!!.....they never call back!!!...then i finally get this woman that works there calls me back with an obnoxious attitude screaming at me on the phone and hangs up on me...i will never, ever deal with these obnoxious people again!.........how they can hire someone with an attitude like this woman is beyond me!...she should be fired!!!!...to speak to a contributor trying to donate things and to be treated this way is "appalling"!!!!
