Don't move here! We had a friend who lived here who absolutely hated it. The landlord lives on the property and should be in the mental ward. She sneaks up on patrons as they are putting their trash in the dumpsters and questions what they are doing. She slowly drives through the neighbor hood trolling tenants who are simply outside. She is intolerable. My husband and my 6 year old daughter were riding bikes in the subdivision ( we live directly next to Hill Oaks) and she came running out yelling obscenities at them. She told them to leave the property or she would call the sheriff. I cannot believe my daughter witnessed her behaving so childish.
