People were nice. However it ends there. I took my doe there, first time using the processor and got only a part of my deer back. I got only a small portion of the back straps. The rest was hamburger. I did opted to get sausage, minimum amount 15lbs. The sausage is alright. Had better. Before going there for processing make sure you get everything you asked for. Zero stars is more appropriate. Took in a buck for a euro mount. Had 2 tines broke that I wanted fixed. I reached out with 4 game cam pictures showing exactly what the repair needed to look like. No response to my text. Sent another text 2 weeks later. Was told they would work on it. Over the course of 9 months (yes, 9 months for a euro mount) I received a text saying it was done and "you owe us $200, and if we're shipping it you need to pay for that with a credit card". Zero customer service skills. I asked for a pic and she sent it showing zero repaired tines. I sent the same text I had originally sent 4 months earlier. No response. 1.5 months later she finally replies and sez they are out of town and will get on it the coming week. Well that didn't work out either. 5 Months later I finally get a pic saying it's done only after I sent several texts asking to have my euro mount sent to me. She replies and sez "we have been busy with the floods". I get it, the floods were a horrible thing in that area. However, 8 months ago is when I brought he buck to you and you had 8 months without floods to use as an excuse. Simply put, she had no time for me at all and it showed by her texts responses that my euro mount was not a priority. Fast forward.....The repaired tines literally looked awful. Not the same color, not the same size and not even close to the pictures I sent on 4 seperate occasions. I reply and tell her that it is not acceptable to me - could they kindly redo them. She replied and said "as is or we remove the tines". What the hell is that?? She didn't offer to fix them, or say it will be extra which I was willing to pay, she simply replied and said it is what it is and tough shit! DO NOT GO HERE! Literal waste of time. My experience with the deer processing business is awful. We took 4 deer in for processing. I was only given 3 boxes, told the guy I was missing some meat. He told me no. Got home I live 6 hours away no breakfast sauce was included so I called him. Again told I'm wrong check each package. I get a call a day later from Clay they found my box of deer meet said the receipt was marked wrong. Funny how I was charged for 4 plus the add on of the pork for the sausage. Said he'd send it to me with buddies that where hunting opening weekend they lived in Lufkin which is a hour from me. Nothing. Second weekend of November told his buddies would bring to Baytown Tx I could meet them. Didn't happen 3rd week said he would 2nd day deliver it to me. I said no it would get here thawed out. Give me a credit. December 6 called again never received a credit. Oh yeah I'll issue you a credit for the $120. I said no the processing is $130 plus the pork you added. Had to argue with him, he said fine I'll credit you $230. Waiting for the credit. If I dint receive it in the next day I'm calling the credit card company and putting a claim it.
