The girls had a blast and it was so simple for us to plan. The smiles didn't end the entire time we were there. They had dresses and costumes for them to dress in and the robes were a adorable! Thank you so much for showing our girls such a good time! They couldn't stop talking about it all the way home! I highly recommend Sprinkles for your next birthday party or even just to pamper your little one while you shop! Can't wait to bring my niece back.

Emailed and asked about an 11 am availability for a mom and me mini party for my daughter's 6th…read morebirthday. Recieved an email back stating that 10:30 am was the only time available. So I agreed and put the deposit down. Upon arrival, at 10:30 am, the doors are locked and lights were off. I called, left a message, and then I emailed wondering what was going on. At 10:45 am I recieved an email back apologizing saying the employee didn't know she was scheduled and that she is on her way and would be there in fifteen minutes, at 11 am. Let me remind you, 11 am was "not available". Incredibly unprofessional business. We left and asked for a refund of our deposit. Will never even think to come back and will absolutely not recommend to anyone.
