Dahl Septic Services

We recently hired this company to perform a septic inspection on a home we were under contract to…read morepurchase, and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Logan handled the initial septic inspection and was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us real insight into the condition of the system. Thanks to his expertise, a major problem with the septic system was uncovered something that would have been an absolute disaster for us had it gone unnoticed. Brandi was amazing with communication. She was responsive, efficient, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Because of this team's diligence and professionalism, we were able to walk away from what would have been a very costly situation. We are so grateful. If you need septic inspections or any septic services, do not hesitate to use this company. Their honesty, expertise, and customer service truly set them apart. Five stars all the way!

Chris was very personable, professional, and did a great job. The price was very reasonable, and I was completely satisfied with the service from start to finish. I do not believe the company is going to refund my money. How does a company figure the bill wrong; state they are going to give you a refund check; and does not follow through refunding your overpayment? I had a lot of faith in them for many years, not anymore. I have never had a company treat me in this manner.

DO NOT HIRE PRIDE PLUMBING…read more I had Pride come out last friday because of a clogged toilet and water backing up into my tub. First the technician spent 2 hrs outside claiming that he could fix the problem that way. When that didn't work, he then had to do a much more expensive job where he removed the toilet and tried pumping from inside. that worked for a few days however the exact same issues happened just a few days later. Now, I was told that the job was under warranty and that if we had ANY issues to call them back and they would fix them right away. I called, and was immediately told we'd be charged again. Apparently, only the resetting of the toilet was under warranty. According to the man I spoke to (Steve) "anyone could just throw something in the toilet and clog it up again" My wife and I live alone with no children. No one threw anything in the toilet other than tissue and waste. Once again, do not hire Pride Plumbing unless you want to be lied to, and have the exact same issues pop up again in a few days, where they will try to charge you again.
