Our roof has a gigantic hole and missing shingles all over, all of insulation in our attic was destroyed, there is inside damage from water leaking through the hole, wired smoke detector system was destroyed, and we no longer have a fence due to Hurricane Beryl. State Farm is saying that it will only cost $2,000 to repair everything. (The smoke detector system will cost more than that.) The estimates we've received average about $31,000 for just the roof.
