Highway driver training is a company you can truly rely upon. After experiencing difficulties with local instructors I started to look else where and I was extremely lucky to come across High way driver training. My instructor David turned me from a nervous driver to a confident one. He was patient and most importantly a great teacher I could of not asked for more from him. Was referred to by a friend, and was definitely the right decision as was very apprehensive toward driving though soon felt a lot more confident and enjoyed the process. If anyone was interested in driving lessons in the Teignbridge area then this would be the ideal choice! read more

"I was recommended to Highway Driver Training Driving School by two friends and I am so glad that I decided to give them a chance. I was with a previous driving schools that did not give me the confidence That Highway Driver Training did to be able to take my test. I would like to thank David in particular because he was an amazing driving instructor. He made my lessons enjoyable which helped me to learn quicker and he was so patient with me. He allowed me to have my lessons at early o'clock so that I could fit it in before work and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed in every lesson, which allowed me to discuss any faults that I felt I had with my driving with him. David is amazing driving instructor who knew all the right things to say and give out little tips to someone panicking before their test. I would 100% recommend Highway Driver Training Driving school to everyone who needs driving lessons as you are an amazing driving school who puts your students and their needs first. read more

Without hesitation I'd recommend Highway Driver Training to anyone looking for a driving school instructor in the Newton Abbot or Torquay area. To be completely honest, I wasn't keen on learning to drive - and was only doing so for future work purposes. That said, with David as my instructor I came to enjoy my driving lessons and made much better progress than I had envisaged I would. David has a great teaching style and encourages you to progress without being pushy or inpatient. As a result, you gain the confidence to move forward and the self-belief to develop. David's approachability and patience meant that he was always happy to go over areas again, or to re-explain things as needed. I am really happy that I chose to go with Highway driver training driving school, when I was looking for a driving instructor in Newton Abbot. read more
