This shuttle is on the pricey side, but it is door-to-door service with a smile! I reckon it is cheaper than driving and parking at the airport itself, and it is so much more convenient. The door to reception stuck on several occasions leading customers to think the reception was closed. The next morning the problem was resolved it could have been from humidity or big rains the day before. The door should work all the time though to ward off confusion. Bathroom looks as though some of it has been recently renovated. Nicely done though basic. Well lit and clean. I don't advise leaving the bathroom light on all night as the exhaust fan runs all night too and is noisy. Beautiful area near a grammar school and restaurants. Would strongly consider staying again, would only hope they had better beds and not so intensely firm.

It's a quieter venue compared to most but it really is a gem. The service is great and staff are very friendly. The chef even came out and asked us how we liked our meals. If you are looking to enjoy a good home cooked style meal in a relaxing environment then check them out. It's also great for families!

We stumbled across Potter's on the web, and thought we would contact them as the hotel was recently refurbished (Feb, 2017), and I'm sure glad we did. Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic to work with. She gave us approximate prices based on our preliminary rooming requirements, and did not require cancellation or payment until 1 week before the event. Upon arrival at Potter's, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, little chocolates upon the bed and cold bottles of water in the fridge. We were given drink vouchers that we could use for an afternoon brew, or simply for a barista made coffee at breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic. There was plenty of hot food items, all different types of toast and a selection of sweets. Potter's was located a short 10 minute walk from our venue in the Toowoomba CBD, which was great when we had to walk home in the evening. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of the staff and service we received at Potter's and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Toowoomba in the near future.

The rooms are lovely- big spacious balcony in the balcony rooms and opening windows in the studio (not that you'd need them, it is FREEZING up here! *it is Winter) Do not attempt to get anything larger than s smart car into the parking lot. The design of the parking area is so flawed it would be laughable if my neck wasn't so sore from parking my van in the "big car" space they provided. This isn't sour grapes talking, I promise: in the 10 minutes it took me to do a 16-point turn to get in my spot I saw a regular hatchback come within centermeters of scraping it's sides just trying to get around the sharp curve to the alloted underground parking ha. Anyway, the staff are great and my studio is nicely tiled & spotlessly clean. They don't have after hours reception or spare blankets so make sure you have everything you need before they shut up shop! I'd stay here again.
