I can't say enough great things about Griffin and the compassionate, generous owners. We were…read moretraveling across the country in late March 2022 and we had a problem with our vehicle that stopped us in our tracks in Fort Madison, Iowa. We were directed to Griffin's and what a blessing that was! We had 11 people and 5 dogs but the husband and wife team at Griffin's welcomed us all into their waiting area. They quickly diagnosed what the issue was and got the part ordered. Because it was not a planned stop we had no where to stay. They made some calls and got us into a hotel that was under a block from their shop. Our van was fixed the next day and we were on our way again. We all felt like these angels had been placed in our path. Thank you so much!

I have always appreciated the work that Clark and the team does for me. I have received great…read moreservice every time I have trusted them with one of my vehicles. I love the work the exhaust work they have done on both of my Tundras. They both have sounded amazing and the look of their work matched! My only fear is that, as Clark warned me, "it might not be the best for your fuel economy"... I just want to get into the throttle a little at every take off!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I took my jeep to Humburd's Automotive service and I couldn't be more pleased. It is these computer…read morecars. They have nasty computer problems. The diagnostic technicians are wonderful. My jeep that I was ready to set out behind the barn, is now running better than the day I bought it. The bill to fix this computer monstrosity was very reasonable. All my vehicles will go to Humburd's and nowhere else now. BTW this business has my old Ford Ranger running tip top. It has 200,000 plus miles on it. Thank you to the entire staff at Humburds Automotive Service. They stand behind their service unlike these quick parts places that won't stand behind their work for obvious reasons.

I went in first thing in the morning and was told it would only take an hour and that my car would be seen first (since I had made an appointment). Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experienced. I took my car back after less…read morethan 8 months of having new tires put on. One of the tires had a broken belt. I was initially told that it would absolutely be covered under warranty, which is expected for a broken belt after less than 8 months. I was then told later that it would "not be covered because it did not blow out". I asked them to look at the tire, and they could see it was a broken belt. The called back the next day to tell me it would be $80 to have them look closer to determine if the belt was broken. It is clear they did not want to cover the warranty. It is sad that a dealership would have such a horrible service department. You lost all future car sales over one tire.
