Both trees were totally removed in one day after which they left absolutely no mess behind. They were respectful, not only of me, but of my property. The team (6 of them) worked together seamlessly & efficiently. They came with all the necessary equipment, more than I'd ever seen in my neighborhood on one job, and the workflow was constant throughout the day with all debris removed & processed promptly. I am so relieved to have those trees gone and so glad to have hired a competent & professional company to remove them!

Then they spent the next half hour doing an amazing job just cleaning up all the debris, so my front driveway sidewalk in front door were absolutely spotless. I was super excited to finally get to use The Tree Lady Company because I had heard so many good things. I had other quotes that were significantly lower but I decided to use The Tree Lady Company. To say that I am disappointed is a huge understatement. While the crew was wonderful and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, a sentimental piece of yard art that a good friend of mine had made for me was broken. But that's not what I'm giving the 1 star for. I specifically asked for all the dead twigs to be removed because they are constantly falling out of the tree. I did not realize in the quote that they will only do 2 inches diameter or more so I misunderstood the job and I would have NEVER hired them if they were not going to do what I asked for. When I reviewed the tree with the owner, I specifically asked that all the loose branches/twigs be taken down so I assumed that's what would happen. Unfortunately I am left with all these dead twigs still in my tree. The response from the lady in the office was that it would be another $800 on top of what I already paid which was already much higher than my other quotes. So so so disappointed. The Tree Lady then responded to my review on Google shifting the responsibility to me as the customer. Their response is too long to post here but this is mine: Response: no way shape or form did they move anything. I asked them if they would move it if they thought it would get damaged nothing was moved and yet my piece of yard work which was by the driveway was broken. As for the raccoons... It took very little time to get the raccoons out of the tree, maybe 10 or 15 minutes so that is fairly insignificant to the amount of time that was spent on my property. MORE time was spent cutting the neighbor's tree because of the severe damage done by the lift when your crew could not navigate around the branch that eventually had to be cut because of that damage. I8 made it ABUNDANTLY clear that I wanted the deadwood cleared out and it made no sense to leave it there since your crew was in that part of the tree which is lower to the ground and easily accessible. We are not talking about trimming small branches, we are talking about removing DEAD wood. Why would any reputable company that cares about their customer satisfaction leave dead wood behind? This is sheer laziness and bad customer service. I do not accept your response and will continue to be disappointed while you attempt to put the burden on me. It might have taken an additional 10-15 minutes to clear out the deadwood. I do not have the means to reach it myself or I would have and that was why I hired you. Poor choice on my behalf.

Unfortunately, the tree was diseased and put my family and home in danger. He gave me a bid and encouraged me to get others before committing, as tree removal of this magnitude does not come cheap. He cautioned me to move quickly though. I contacted some other companies who were a little pushy and the bids were all the same. I contacted Steve at 8pm asking how quickly his team could do the job. He called me back within 20 min and had already made arrangements to be at my house early the next morning. Despite an impending tropical storm, they arrived at 7:30 the next day as promised with the hope that they could secure the tree from causing damage to my home. They raced against the weather and were able to get the job done in a day. Their team is a well-oiled machine with big boy equipment.
