Great experience. The hardest thing about finding an auto mechanic, is trust. Anyone can fix a car…read more Too many shops skip the important aspects of customer satisfaction, attention to detail and above all a trustworthy transaction every time. The people at Nice Car turn all of that on its head. I have gotten air conditioning work there, oil changes, tires replaced and a few other minor jobs. They always have given me realistic estimates and time to completion. Would recommend to anyone.

The car didn't even make it to the next Friday and the transmission completely stopped working so I was stuck on the side of the road for 2 hours waiting on Alex to come tow the car back to their office to be worked on. They say they offered us a 6 month warranty for certain issues going on with the car. It's now been over a week later since the incident and I still cannot get a clear answer from anyone (not Farrah who works in service, not from sales, or from Alex the owner), all they tell me is they will know more the next day and then the same answer is given over and over. Tomorrow I have a Zoom meeting with my boss for what I am certain is going to be me being Fired from my job because I haven't been able to show up for work in over a week bc I haven't had a car to get to and from work. The entire reason I purchased a car was to be able to work and have reliable transportation to make money--but what I got was a car that ended up having a bad transmission, issues with the power window/sunroof, key fob not working, check engine light on, dull front head light, etc. (a lemon). Luckily there is a Lemon Law in Florida and A good friend who happens to be an attorney who will be helping me if the car is not repaired and returned to me asap. I paid that amount upfront, thinking it was a cash deal. Only later did I find out they had put me into a financing contract without my knowledge -- at 24.99% interest, making the total cost over $18,000. Nothing about financing, interest, or total cost was explained to me during the sale. I've reached out multiple times to try to fix the issue, and they refused to cancel or adjust the contract. After doing some research, I learned this is not the first time they've done this -- and there are other complaints and a court case already pending against them. They may be friendly when you walk in, but read everything carefully and don't trust anything that's not in writing. I'm now pursuing legal action and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. Be very careful. What they promise and what they deliver are two very different things.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a dealership as I did with CarFactory in…read moreHollywood. I have been dealing with them for over 3 months, and their communication and customer service have been extremely poor. I originally placed an $1,800 deposit on a 2019 Porsche Panamera after being assured the vehicle would be held for me while I came up with the remaining down payment. One week later, when I returned ready to complete the purchase, I was told the vehicle had been sold to someone else. No one contacted me, despite having my deposit and insurance already in place. When I requested a refund, I was told my deposit was non-refundable. I felt pressured into continuing business with them because they refused to return my money. The Sales Manager, Jesus, repeatedly pushed me to leave additional deposits on vehicles I had not even seen in person. Eventually, they located another Porsche, but it was older than the original vehicle and required a larger down payment with higher monthly payments. After taking delivery, the vehicle already had issues, including a faulty gas door and rear doors/windows that were not functioning properly. To make matters worse, three months later I still have not received my permanent tag. After numerous calls and visits, I was told by Jesus that I needed to send an additional $55 through Zelle to accounting@carfactory.com before the DMV would release my tag. This made no sense because all tag and registration fees were already included in my financing agreement. When I asked for proof of the charge, I was told none could be provided until after payment. Overall, I feel misled, pressured, and treated unfairly throughout this entire process. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to proceed with caution.

I want to share our recent experience with Car Factory Outlet Hollywood…read more My son purchased a vehicle and shortly after the purchase the car began having mechanical issues. The vehicle remained at the dealership for four days and unfortunately was still not properly repaired during that time, which caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience. The financing terms also felt unclear at the time of purchase, especially for a young buyer trying to understand the full cost and payment structure. After much back and forth, the dealership did ultimately return his $2,200 down payment, and we do appreciate that they made that part right. the dont sell good cars, BE AWARE OF PURCHASING HERE However, the overall experience was frustrating and emotionally draining. I would strongly encourage future buyers, especially first time buyers, to carefully review all financing terms, ask detailed questions, and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before signing.
