THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I REPEAT.... A SCAM!!!!!!!! Their reps give you the run around basically so they can charge you more interest for not being able to pay off your loan ahead of time or just pay it off all together!!! read more

So when I am trying to get my balance, WHY CANT YOU GIVE IT TO ME!! 2ND. Customer Service is the worst!!!!! Why do you work there if your not happy. As is every time i Call i get circled around. no one can ever meet my needs or answer any of my damn questions. The girls in that office are HORRIBLY RUDE!! How about: "Hello, How are you today? What can i assist you with today? No water, no nothing!! Then you stand there while they pull up your file and its SUPER AWKWARD!! 4TH... last but not least, they DO NOT RE-FINIANCE!! Yup, I said it... Reviews of High Performance Capital Inc .. 1.0 The customer service department with this company is horrible. Agents hang up in your face and do not take the time to address your needs or concerns. i would never recommend this finance company to anyone . If you are looking to be mistreated then go with them, but if you are anything like me and value good service, this is not the company you want to be with. The customer service agents lie and say they are supervisors when they are not. if you want to escalate a call or request for a call back from someone in a higher position it does not happen either. Alex is the worst agent i have ever dealt with in my life. I cannot wait to finish paying off my car so i will never have to deal with them again. My GF got a car loan from them. They always messed up, double charging and not returning the money, late fees for no reason. Anyways, so she pays it off and it has been almost a year, they wont send us the title. Wont answer phone calls, or emails. When you call the number, any number, there is a voice mail that no matter what option you choose, has the same voicemail to every option. even spanish. these guys are crooks and a joke. the whole process was a pain and now we cant even get the title. Be careful when dealing with this company. I made all my payments 10 days ahead of time, but on all statements they say i have pass due balance of 250 dollars. And none of payments has showed on my balance. This company is a rip off, ill be filing a lawsuit read more

With Bad credit and a repo on my record, there aren't a lot of finance companies willing to take a chance. I was able to get a car financed through High Performance. The interest rate was through the roof, but understandable considering the high risk nature of my account. My dealings with HPC have been completely smooth. I had a period of time where I was having trouble making payments on time. They worked with me to adjust my payment dates and were always very polite and accommodating. I just paid my car off at the end of February. They had my title to me via certified mail within 4 weeks. The only negative I can give them is that the fees with their different payment methods are way too high. Other than that, I'd recommend them to anyone who can't get financed through a more traditional lender. read more

Do not use high performance capital at any cost! Here is my horror story. I am a very faithful customer yes I took a high interest loan but it didn't brother me at all. For years I made every payment no problem. I was hit by a drunk driver on a motorcycle and didn't call them fast enough to make one payment and they roped the car with out any care in the the world what's so ever! Even after I explained that I was in the hospital and up to this point made every single payment over 18k dollars with no problems. Not even 60 days or one payment they made me jumped through hoops and added all these fees on top of I am going through medically when I never missed one payment! Do not use this company it is not worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Explain to me how you can catch up your loan, pay off any late fees, and pay enough payments to not have a payment due for 6 months based on all the bills you've received, but some how there's a $600 late fee?? . This company is a joke. They're all sorts of willing to answer calls when you owe them money but the second everything is paid up and you're trying to call them about some bunk charges one your account they stop answering questions and transferring to an extension with no one on the other end. You're a bunch of thieves and you know it. You take advantage of people who are trying to get their lives together. No one should use this company they will just rip you off over and over. read more

The company itself is great. I live in Arizona, every time I call for answers or questions. The reps are rude, always cut me off, and when they don't have answers they hang up. Very unprofessional in their language and attitude. read more

Alex knows exactly where car is no one else is upset with me and giving me a hard time but him I wake up one morning and my back car window is busted out! Yes I believe Alex did it what he didn't know is we had cameras at that time and the video is of a person I've never met in person so again seems logical it's Alex anyways it was enhanced and just turned over to police for identification so we will see, if it was him that's some shady stuff from HPC!!!!! read more

THE ABSOLUTE WORST omg i think i lost some brain cells speaking to one of the reps. The worst thing is when they are dumb, but they think there smart. Jesus Christ i think a crash dummy will do a better job. i have never been here, but i am sure it stinks. terrible customer service, this is the first time i deal with them, they are clueless, who the hell trained these people. it literally feels like they had a sign that read "free donuts" and gave jobs to the first people who showed up, they are a dam joke. read more

I paid off my auto loan in early February 2015. Ana Padilla who has been handling my account then called and left a message stating I still needed to pay a few dollars of interest to complete the pay off. I call her back to take care of it and she tells me she spoke to "them" and "they" told her it's fine I don't need to pay the couple of extra dollars. Cool. I thank her and hang up. Within 5 minutes she calls me back saying sorry she was wrong I actually DO need to pay it. Okayyyyy. So in the end, my pay off was completed February 17 and I'm told it will take approximately 8-10 weeks from then to receive my title. Wow, that's a long time I thought and I even asked my mechanic about the extended length of time and he agreed it was fishy. Don't even get me started about how many times I have had to repeat to Ana my change of address, spelling it out letter by letter and having written it on ALL my payment correspondence for the last 2 years but still not even being sure she transcribed it correctly. Cut to April 21st, 9 weeks later and I still haven't received the title. I call in to check on the status thinking it should be on its way soon given the previous estimate. Ana apologizes and agrees I have been waiting far too long already. She says "it looks like it will be sent out this week". Great! So I wait. Now, almost 3-weeks later I still have not received my title so I call back to check again. The customer service rep who answers doesn't even ask my name or account number as they usually do she just put me on hold for almost 4 minutes. She comes back on the line to tell me that I only just REQUESTED my title last week. She says "yes, April 21st, LAST WEEK". I'm like "No. April 21st is when I called to CHECK the status of it which by the way was NOT last week it was TWENTY days ago, almost 3 weeks." Her reply was that it takes about 3-weeks after the request is submitted so I should be receiving it sometime NEXT WEEK. I know a runaround when I hear one and it's now obvious that is what I'm getting. I tell her NO, I need the title immediately. It has already been 12 weeks now since I paid off the car loan so she says she will transfer me to Ana because she should know what's going on. Needless to say, I was never connected to Ana. The customer service rep puts me on hold then comes back to tell me Ana is on the other line and asks me to hold. She then comes back again to tell me that NOW Ana is "not available" and asks if I would like to leave a message. She sounds very nervous at this point. I tell her that if I leave a message I'm sure Ana will not be calling me back. She is silent in response and then asks if I would like to hold for her to which I say YES and then she stutters and repeats that Ana is not available. In the end, she gives me Ana's extension AND connects me to Ana's voicemail where I left a message detailing the problem and asking for an immediate call back. I'm not sure what the scam is but something shady is at foot. read more

Don't trust them. They sell you Gap insurance then refuse to honor it. I'm actually going to have to take them to court

I filed my complaint with the State Attorney General and also the Better Business Bereau. I paid off my car on April 24, 2017. until now they won't be give me my title. They are telling me that I still owe them $4, 100 for the late fees. This is ridiculous!!! They are threatening ,harrassing me, calling me periodically. They said, if I didn't make a payment yesterday May 31, 2017, they are going to reposses my car. I said go ahead do your thing and I will do mine. I made this action because I was so stressed ,emotional ,physiccally , spiritually , and depressed for what they are doing to me. This company need to shut down , don't trus this company, don;t ever deal with this company! This Company are very unprofessional, rude, no heart.. High-Performance Capital should have their license suspended or revoked. On 2-18-18 I paid off my loan with HPC. On 2-26-18 HPC deducted a full payment from my account for $409.24 even though the loan was paid-in-full 8 days earlier. This surprise deduction immediately took my account into a negative balance and I was hit with two NSF fees for $34 each. Today is Wednesday 2-28-18 and after three days of phone calls I am no closer to getting my money back, plus I will get hit with more NSFs as more of my bills get deducted from the account, plus I have no money for essentials like gas, food, medicine, etc. I have literally talked to everyone in the call center and nothing is resolved. At this point, I may file criminal charges against the company owners for stealing. If they refuse to give me the money back, then it is stealing. On Monday 2-26-18 I called HPC about this mistaken deduction of $409.24 and I talked to Joe at ext 6608. Joe said he could reverse the $409.24 deduction and refund the $68 in NSF charges, but he said he had to wait until the money actually arrived in his account before he could reverse it. So I called back Tuesday 2-27-18 and Joe said he had not yet received the funds and he was unable to reverse the transaction. I told him I thought he was just stalling cause his records would show the deduction from my account and no further "proof" was required. Then I finally determined that all of Joe's words were just a ruse and he never intended to reverse any transaction. Of course, I can't get hold of him. I have called numerous times and everyone at the call center has told me that this situation is all my fault. Every single call center representative told me that I failed to cancel my automatic debit. Again and again, I was told that the situation was all my fault. I told each representative that paying the balance in-full should be the trigger to stop the auto-withdrawal from my account. Over and over I was told that simply paying off a loan never stops an automatic debit. read more

If I could give a lower rating, I would. I purchased a car 4-5 years ago and this was the company that financed my car. I really do not recall having any issues until I paid my car off and tried to obtain my title. The customer service is HORRIFIC and the people that work there are RUDE. I really wish I could remember my loan officers name right now but I can't. She was the absolute worst to deal with, along with her manager. I had to fight with them to get my title once my car had been paid off, which nobody should EVER have to do. This company is a joke. I even showed up at their place of business and nobody even asked why I was there, who I was, or offered to help. Please, please reconsider purchasing a car if this is the company that is going to finance your loan because you will have nothing but headaches and feelings of frustration. This company really needs to be shut down put out of business it's going on 5 months and I still have not received a ledger or print out of all my payments and the payoff they won't email anything they won't fax anything and yet I have called repeatedly to ask for my pay off and the ledger be sent.... Still nothing-- and of course I get my shady invoice every month which doesn't say anything about the payoff itemized only the monthly payment. Dude. I keep reading all of yall's posts, but I have never had any major issues with them. I usually deal with "Joe" and he's a pretty straight forward guy. I have developed a pretty good business relationship with him and he is cooler than the other side of the pillow. If you are going to be late on a payment, just call him and let him know. They are really understanding as long as you answer the phone and not avoid their calls. For example, I got a phone call from Joe about a year ago and he told me that my car payment was 3 months past due and that they were getting ready to repossess my car. I told him that there was a mistake because I received a confirmation that my payment went through, and I even called my bank on 3 way so that they can confirm that I had the funds to cover my payment at the time, and he apologized for their error. I had to make arrangements to pay my note on a later date, and it really set me back to where I am a few days late on my note every month, but I usually call him up (if he doesn't call me first) and tell him which Wednesday he could expect my payment, and were good. Keep in mind, the ONLY reason why I am giving them 5 stars is based on the customer service. I will never use them, as a loan provider again due to the high interest rate, but the employees (all of the ones I have spoken to) are cool as hell. read more

When I got my loan here I was pretty worried after reading all the reviews but so far my service has been stellar, If you make your payment on time. I have not had any problems. So I was forced to give this company 1 star, that's giving them to much credit. This is the absolute worst, most crooked company out there. I paid every single payment on time every month only to have them steal, that's right, steal my truck in the middle of the night, and when I asked why, they claimed I was delinquent, so I went to the extent to send them my transaction history showing I was current and even payed the remaining balance. This was over two months now and I still haven't gotten my vehicle returned to its rightful owner. And now I'm in a huge legal battle with them. If your thinking of using this company, turn around and walk away. They will mistreat you on the phone, steal your vehicle n the middle of the night without warning, and leaving you filing suit against them. I regret the day I choose to use their services and will see my day in court where I will have to restrain myself from utterly pulverizing them all just to get back what's mine. read more

This company is the absolute worse company in the WORLD!!!!! I've never dealt with such bad customer service and horrible business practice!! They will shut your car off if you are 10 days late! Who does that?? There are times when people need a little extra time to pay their car payment. If a payment was past 30 days then yes, turn it off. But PLEASE do not deactivate people's car for payments being made within 30 days!! And to top it off, their customer service is HORRIFIC!! I've reported this company several times to the BBB because of their horrible business practice and customer service. They have outrageous fees associated with making payments online. I mean don't they make enough money off the interest to not charge 3% of the total payment amount when paying online? I would NEVER in my lifetime recommend this finance company to a single person! And obviously the owner doesn't care about their reputation because they have yet to do anything about their HORRIBLE so called business they are running. I wish there was negative numbers to give this place cause they definitely do not deserve anything good!!! read more

I agree with Cheryl..........if 0 could be a negative number, I would give them a negative 0 (-0). I requested to have my due date changed 1 weeks before it was due. Instead of just telling me "no" up front, they made me jump through hoops to make the request only to come up with a bogus reason, 1 week after my due date, to tell me "no". What a tacky way to get a late fee from someone. I certainly will not do another car loan with them. read more

I bought a car and was unfortunately due to credit given to them. I had to fill in 10 people as references then they put a tracking device on the car. I got some cheesy 7/11 card in the mail and knew right away this company was horrible. Everything was written in fine print. I went to the website and logged in too my account they charge you money for paying making your monthly payments, not like they don"t ream you with the high interest rates. Then they don't have any information about your loan on the site. They want you to be uninformed about how much money you are actually praying. I complained about this as the fair lending act and was told it was on my contract. I was handed off to a supervisor who then came on the phone to explain to me about credit. I tried several time to shut him up because I already knew about this and just wanted to get a payoff and he kept talking so finally I got him to shut up and he gave me the payoff. I called to pay over the phone and they stated, it was very expensive to do that with them and to go to 7/11. I asked if I could pay it online, which I then remembered that you could only make a single payment online, so you can"t do that. They told me to go to western union where I would be charged 6 to 7 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous to make it so difficult to pay your account off. I will also make a complaint to any and all governmental agencies about their practices. read more
