Morgantown location review:
Couldn't find the westover location on yelp so this is only for that location. Terrible service and dishonest. I really expected more from a shop who assured me that "we're honest here" there is a complete explanation on their website regarding the dishonest treatment that my son and I received here. Briefly: I was told that all of the dash lights were on when the car went into garage for a leveling kit. Great, I was "too old" to be worked on safely. I was told that all of the lights were on as it was pulled into shop. I was in the car the day before and no lights were on. Who in gods
Name would not preemptively let a client know if all of the lights were on. The shop broke the wheel speed sensor harness and attempted to tell my 21 year old son that the dash lights were on when we pulled it in. Good lord! Are you kidding? After $300 it was repaired and the "honest" mechanics at high mountain kept the $100 deposit. This is a shop I would avoid and I certainly let everyone I speak to know it! read more
