Upon leaving the rental we requested some sort of refund based upon the home's condition and the issues we dealt with. No credit was given. Stay far away from them.

Sunrise has dealt with units, other than ours, with the same problems, due to the same roofer. Sasha has been closed lipped about other complexes facing the same challenges. Knowing but not taking early and appropriate action is GROSS NEGLIGENCE. A forensic insurance investigator has been on the property. The roof is the cause of the damage per 3 professionals. Our board thinks raising our HOA raising our dues is the solution. My dues will be 132% higher than when I bought! These increases have happened/ been proposed in just the last 3 years! Run from this property management company and ELECT an HOA board that is astute, honest and doesn't serve on the board just to service their income property and act as slumlords!
