BUYER BEWARE!!! Really bad company. I know buying a used vehicle is usually a tough experience but these guys were flat-out cruel. Once the money had changed hands they treated me terribly. Threatened legal action and refused to fix things on the vehicle days after the purchase. I believe it is a Greek family that owns this place and I wouldn't be surprised if they are involved in organized crime. I don't mean to sound prejudice but they acted like thugs. I would shop elsewhere before ever returning to this place for a vehicle. The vehicle I had bought has had 4 serious problems that were fixed by my mechanic who said these problems were band-aided just so they could sell the vehicle. I had bought a 2002 x5 with 43k back in 2009. This car didnt last long before a lot of problems started to occur. The up keep on luxury cars are ridiculous so if your not making close to 6 figures a year i would pass up on cars like this and also stay away from dealers like them. I spend over 3k in repairs on my x5 after the first year. They are a bunch of talented scammers so yes i was played. read more

I stopped in today to test drive a car from this dealer with all these greattt reviews. The car was in okay but in worse shape than appeared in the pictures (not out of the ordinary). They gave me the keys and let me test drive the car on my own with no sales pressure (pretty decent). Car had an odd carfax history (second owner only drove it 2k a year), had some aftermarket junk electronics, and had been bought at auction, and had been sitting on the lot for 4 months. So I figured I might be able to get an okay deal on an okay car. I've bought auction cars before, and can do 90% of car repairs on my own (brakes, struts, plugs, oil, etc) so Id give it a look. When it came to negotiate price, the experience went way down hill. I had to talk price with a guy at the front counter, didn't even go into an office, or have a chair to sit on. Weird especially because I was literally the only customer I saw the entire time I was there. First question "finance or cash" The car was listed for 15 and change, offered 13k cash (right in between retail and trade in price) as a starting point. The guy got very upset,"no no our prices are fixed. we cant even buy them for that, especially with winter coming and all wheel drive, with that mileage and navigation. we only mark our cars up 5-7% so were not anywhere close, thanks for coming in" I shook his hand and walked out. A few things: 1) 2004 Nav systems suck, literally of no value when I would use google maps (my friend has 07 model of the car I was looking at and the 3 year newer Nav is terrible) 2) New car dealers markup is +7%, used cars is way higher 3) It was bought at auction, so they definitely paid about or less than trade in value (10K) 4) This isnt game of thrones bud, nice try with Winter Is Coming like its the only AWD car in the world. Just an odd experience overall. Not saying this place is a total scam (they had a lot of nice cars), but just do you do diligence on the car and dealership before you consider buying here. I almost bought a car there, good thing i realized it was a scam and go out as quickly as possible.

Purchased new vehicle and was so wrapped up in the car, didn't check body/paint as well as I should have. Three weeks later when car was waxed, several scratches in the paint were revealed. Having the area painted for $1300. Shame on me for not doing my homework. I had another problem they danced around and did not help with a solution. So, when I discovered the scratches, I paid for the repairs myself. Will not be doing business there again. read more

Bought a car there, needed a lot of work to pass state inspection and was not notified about this prior to the purchase. I paid the full asking price as they would not budge what so ever. The vehicle needed $1000 to pass state inspection. Also, they tacked on a $175 administrative fee after I had the bank check cut and failed to mention this until after I signed the paperwork. Went to pick up my Mercedes, dealing with Charlie, maybe he didn't take his meds today. When questioning him on hacked work on car, Charlie became rude and arrogant telling me don't buy the f#%king car, don't give a f#%k I will sell it to someone that doesn't ask so many questions. I did not buy the car. I let Charlie know that I would be writing a view and he grabbed his crotch and told me to suck his b@lls he doesn't give a f#%k about reviews. He also told me only qu@@rs write reports. I would stay far away from this place and don't make the mistake I almost made. read more
