DON'T SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. My company had a pretty poor experience with 702 Pros. We…read morewere promoting one of our events during Super Bowl Weekend outside the LINQ and observed a team member in the recorded attached photos shows that they were not event trying to attempt to pass out the flyers to anyone walking by & was on his phone the entire time. We also checked the dashboard and no photos were ever uploaded for proof of distribution from this company. They provided GPS charts that show them walking a good amount of distance, however it seems that is all they were doing... simply walking around and not passing out the flyers. We spent a good amount of money on this promotion and honestly, this is the very reason we were skeptical about this type of promotion in the first place. They tried to make up for it and get us to spend more money to pass out flyers the next day... NO THANKS. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH, I PROMISE THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HIRE GOOD AMBASSADORS.

I reached out to schedule a consultation because I'm looking for an awesome web designer and a long term web designer/ marketer, here local in Las Vegas. I sent them a standard non disclosure agreement, prior to our meeting, so i can talk about my business openly. They called me the morning of the appointment and said they can't sign that and that they are cancelling the appointment. I was surprised and sought an explanation. They said because "we don't know what it's about." Ya, and you won't without a standard non disclosure agreement, for confidentiality. Why is a confidential conversation out of the question when it comes to my intellectual property rights? Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time!

Looking, and looking for the ONE place suitable for THE WEDDING INVITATION all our guests would receive. Low and behold we found this place. I was hesitant at first. All we needed was paper. There were all sorts of paper of all sorts of colors, hues, textures, and samples and samples OF samples. But, I did not see a single home. Weird. By then we had to focus and communicate our wishes The ladies were as delightful as a Southern Belle on her "Coming out" ceremony. They really helped us and were the architects of these invitations. Every deadline, they met. Reliable and courteous! Somehow there was once a small glitch in a conversation and they willingly (no coercion) corrected the mistake. I am going back for business cards and have no doubt, I won't find a single home BUT paper. Suave and authentic cards ...satisfied AND affordable!! P.S. We still have about 200 scattered around. Store organizes display cards by occasion (anniversary, birthday, wedding, birth, etc) and has plain note cards/envelopes organized by color. Quirky cute style of cards and products is reminiscent of what you'd find on Etsy or Pinterest. In addition to the cards, Paper & Home also has some small gifts and fragrances available for purchase. Besides the walk-in sales, they also do design and special order invitations, such as for weddings or events. Small store is cute to browse for a few minutes, and service greets but doesn't pester you. They had a small but good selection of cards out front and center for upcoming Fathers day. My husband and I were about to open our Pilates studio in Henderson, and the web developer/SEO person we hired quit three days before our opening date after we paid a ridiculous amount of money upfront. I contacted Platinum in a distraught frame of mind. After explaining what happened to Tony over the phone, he said he would make time and asked if we could meet immediately. He was in our Studio the same day to meet my husband and I and learn about our product. Even though the situation was super stressful and delayed our exposure for community awareness and web visibility, Tony and his team stepped up and prevented a complete disaster. They produced a way better product with impressive results right off. Our Website was poorly designed from the backend, so Tony decided to scrap it and redo it -(NC), which was unbelievable. Now, our Website, ReformYou.com, is on track and organically ranking. Platinum is handling our social media, too. The images are sharp, and the descriptions are detailed and professionally SEO-written. I am impressed with how quickly Tony and his team understood our industry and the competition and were able to produce content to target our exact demographic. The communication is always impeccable and more than timely! Platinum shows you the results, unlike our previous experience. 'They quit' because we asked what had been done since we didn't see any progress. Tony is entirely transparent with his work's status, reporting, and results. As a bonus, they are a fun group to work with. Platinum saved us, and in working with Tony, we have become friends. Tony has become a family friend - he and his attended our Grand Opening, and we plan to have dinner soon... It's a pleasure to recommend this company!
