We had Tom Tom paint our whole plaza. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with his work,…read moreprice, and professionalism!! Tom was professional and his employees were professional. They conducted themselves with utmost professionalism to our tenants and customers. There was no mess for customers to "walk around" and most of all they didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. Tom quoted us price, four buildings, he delivered every one of them under budget. For business like us, we hire a contractor and cost overruns are huge problem, often cost overruns are high as 30%, contractor starts project, half way in he tells you it will cost more. You feel like a hostage, often you have no choice but to pay more. I cannot say how surprised I am to be under budget on painting project!! Quality of work is AMAZING!! There were a few painters that responded back saying they would undercut any competition, but that was a scary thought, as who knows what corners they would be cutting to provided that. We decided to go with Tom Tom, and can not have been more pleased with our decision. The personalized service, professionalism, friendliness, and quality of work was very welcomed, as we were a little anxious about the overall process to begin with. Tom Tom took care of everything. Steve and Trevor were on site for a few days and did outstanding work. Tom came the last two days and put a beautiful poly finish on our wood stairs. Everything looks amazing and our home feels like we just moved in again! I highly recommend using Tom Tom for your next project, and I am sure we will be using them again too.

The movers removed the feet and bottom wooden piece, without asking, then walked away without putting it back together. Colin came, took the feet and wood, rebuilt the broken feet, removed wood glue from many years past and rebuilt the cabinet. Once the feet were cleaned up and reattached the bottom wood piece, he came back and reattached everything to the china cabinet. It is now more solid than it had been in over fifty years. This piece has been in our family for three generations and I am so thrilled to have it back in its full beauty again. Colin is a thoughtful, meticulous craftsman and I would hire him again in an instant to repair any piece.

The Daigle family came out here and worked a miracle. I gasped when I saw them. And I found this company to be super affordable. I also really appreciated how personable and friendly they both were (father and son team). I know some people don't care about whether a contractor is friendly or not-- just as long as they are skilled-- but for me, if I'm going to have someone in my home for hours at a time, I want it to be a pleasant experience. One warning-- they wanted to start work at 6am. Which I permitted, since I get up early, but my husband almost had a fit. I've had many workmen start at 7:00, but 6:00?! Anyway, I'm sure I could have talked them in to starting at a more reasonable hour if I had asked, but be prepared.

We were both busy for a few weeks so we set a date about a month out. When he called to verify the time, he said it would be $2000, MORE THAN DOUBLE initial quote! We went back and forth a bit about the size of the job and he agreed to the $900. 2. Two of Mr. Baker's employees performed the job-sand, stain and three coats of poly. The original stain was quite dark and we went with a lighter shade. We had the room walled off with plastic so the cat couldn't go in. Once it was finished, I noticed that they did not get all of the original dark stain off. There were many places that only received a light sanding. The places where the wood was cupped up were the only ones with a good sanding. 3. A light sanding is performed after the first and second coats of poly. They did a poor job of vacuuming up the wax dust. Most of the nail holes and grooves between the planks have white dust in them which was covered with poly. 4. This is not necessarily a negative but Mr. Baker never actually came out to see/inspect the job or follow-up.
