Serenity never ordered the certificates , yet each time I called told me the Doctor had not signed off. Such a stressful time people should not be treated so horrible. I rate them a Zero !

Me and my aunt walked in there where he was at and were talking then a lady that worked at the funeral home came in there and very rudely told us yall can not be in here and yall better not open that casket lid. My aunt looked at her and said lady we are not doing anything and we are not even touching the casket so leave us alone. If you are going to be in the funeral home business you need to make sure that you hire people who can be friendly in a time like this. Everytime I have ever been to this funeral home they have always been so rude, and hateful to people.

Now here we are in September 2025 and just recently found out that Brandi was no longer working there. She evidently got terminated. The new manager hasn't been able to locate the order for my mom's marker, and the monument company has no record of receiving the order. Now we have to go back and start the process over. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! The owner of this place needs to also get the backhoe setting abandoned along the access road removed from its location and put out of site of the visitors coming to visit their loved ones! I read somewhere that his name is Cecil Lawrence. If so! Cecil get off your ass and get the cemetery premises looking kept! You're just barely doing enough to keep from getting fined by the state! The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I never received a call back when I needed direction in locating her headstone. They PROMISED that they would inform me in time about the day and time of his cremation. They did NOT! It felt for me like they buried my beloved husband without me. The didn't even offer a choice of urns to me but brought my husband's remains into an ugly black metal box. Several times, the day/time on which they were supposed to bring the remains of my husband to my home changed, without prior information. I'm from Germany and the price they wanted to bill me felt like a total betrayal to me. $ 2,150.00 instead of what usually gets billed in Tennessee, which is between $ 750.00 and $ 995.00. At least, they reduced their bill (after my complaint!) to $ 995.00 at the end. The owner extra pointed out that they had to undress my husband. Oh yeah, that must have been soooo much work - he didn't wear anything but shorts. All this is a very pitiful behaviour towards a person being an grief. I would never ever consider them again.
