This company was recommended to me for getting a design pressed onto t-shirts. They did a consultation and agreed to press my design onto two shirts. During the consultation they discussed with me the colors and shirts that could be used since I clearly stated that I wanted the design to stand out like a neon sign. Colors were offered based on this criteria. Since they do this for a living and I don't I trusted their judgement. When I received the shirts, one of the designs was too dark to see. The sales person said she thought I wanted it that way because "that's what;s popular right now", but they would make a new shirt and I would only have to pay half the price of the other ones. I had to keep the bad shirt and they kept the money. They let me try on shirts and choose a good fit. They then used a different shirt and didn't even flatten it before adding the design. So the half price shirt is way too big, and the design is wrinkled on the shirt. I am out over $50 and only have one wearable shirt. Horrible Service. Will not use again! read more
