We even tried to stop in here a couple times and the customer service did not even get any better. I will be looking to other shops with better customer service. Media Markt needs to train their employees in customer service skills and educate them properly on their products.

I did buy one thing that I was very pleased to find at half the price of the same item at another store. It was clearly a win.

There was only enough space for one or two people in here at a time As of February 2021, the place is temporarily closed from the strict covid restrictions in The Netherlands, I hope it reopens whenever the restrictions lift.

When I entered, thee guy from the shop immediately came up to me, and asked what I needed. He was very friendly and helpful. He said that they sell new, as well as used computers, and all other kind of appliances. They also offer repair service, and can help you with installing new softwares. I haven't been able to use any of their services, but it is a handy address to know, in my opinion.

Love that they are in a convenient location but if they would only open a (Mega Apple Store in Amsterdam) like the one in Santa Monica on the promenade. Although they are going through renovation they are still in business.You would never know because they have this weak sign on the ground that is super small. Now this is just a small suggestion.... I was thinking what about creating a better sign and posting it on the window that you are going through renovation and still operating business in the shop? Found both items for 20 euros each! Want to give a shout-out to my wonderful sales person Ruud who was very patient, gave excellent advice and helped me out. Basically BCC has a house brand of small electronics, which is really cheap and comes with a guarantee of two- three years replacement, free of charge depending on what kind of electronics you're buying.
