Seriously this is the worst pizza location. This is my 3 rd incident with this restaurant and each time I swear I won't be back but then I soften and try again. I called in the order tonight and 45 mins later it still isn't in the kitchen. I get on the phone with a manager and wait for 7 mins and finally I just drive up to find out why no manager comes to the phone. I find one standing up front just gabbing/laughing with the staff. I show her my phone is still on hold and yet no manager has answered for 8 mins. She tells me she is sorry and will put in the order but it will be another 20 mins. I asked her to Credit my account and I'll get a pizza another time because I can't wait anymore time. She refused. Really nice variety of pizzas, better than any of the delivery places. The quality is quite good! The ingredients taste really fresh and the specialty pizzas have a perfect combination of flavors! I especially like the Chicken Florentine and the Big Country. The chicken florentine combines the pesto taste very well with the veggies and abundant amount of chicken. The big country has a very strong aftertaste too it though that might throw some people off. It is more or less their meat lover pizza. The Paradise Pie pizza was alright. The problem here was that there was just not enough chicken. The diced tomatoes on it were great but it could definitely have used alot more chicken. Overall though the pizzas are really good and definitely worth a try, but at 15 for a medium, im not sure it's worth the price btw i cant attest to the atmosphere in restaurant because i ordered it for pick up read more

You just can't go wrong at hideaway. Solid and consistent pizza and service every time. Fried mushrooms are amazing. Pizza sauce awesome (I don't like sweet sauces) nice and tangy. This is my go to pizza place. read more

We had a group of 8 family members of all ages. We did have a bit of a wait for a table because we had two large groups in front of us but that was not a problem for us. This was our first trip to any Hideaway Pizza location and we will look forward to our next one! Some of our party ordered pasta, sandwiches or pizza and everyone said their food was excellent. I had the Margherita pizza and it was the best I've had. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Parking can be hard to find, but again it was our first visit to this location so maybe we weren't aware of additional spaces. Go. Enjoy! read more

Service was prompt, food was well prepared and served hot. Problem was with inflexibility. Would not substitute an unhealthy side for a healthy one. Charging $10.45 for a piece of chicken between hamburger buns! Really? If I could have had a side that was healthy I might have overlooked this. WTH. Feel like I totally overpaid! Ugh! Oh well, lesson learned. I will get my parm chicken at Olive Garden; proven to satisfy! This is just one visit out of many but I think this is the final one. I've always like their pizza. Never been disappointed on every visit here. The servers are always so friendly. Wanting to give you suggests on what to try. The garlic knots are a sure start on your meal. Lunch special are the best bargin. The resturants decor is funky and fun. Ive never had to wait for a table. But they do really get busy at times. I've ate at all the locations in the metro. We love this place and this location. Tonight they made a tiny mistake, we would have taken the pizza anyways because we were hungry. The manager came over, told us the problem, and said he had already started a new one. Sure, they made a mistake, but they rarely do. They acknowledged it and took action. They wouldn't have even had to tell us but they were honest. Plus service is always good. They gave us both pizzas so boys could have extra. This is the worst Hideaway in Oklahoma and I hate that it is in my hometown. All the other locations are awesome and their service is just as good. I love hideaway it's an amazing place and tastes wonderful but there is one issue, on the kids menu there is the penne with marinara cheese and meatballs. When you get your food it looks like a cheesy yummy pasta with 2 meatballs I mean YUM am I right. So you grab your fork and Stab it into your meatball, you pick it up and it's only half of a meatball it's a total rip off, I would love if they actually gave us two.
