I would love to give this place a good review but the truth is this is the most disgusting mis managed drug infested mobile park we have ever been too!! The place was so bad we paid a whole month plus a dog deposit and walked after only 9 days!!! It was better to waste the money then to stay there!!! The trailer next to us had a cracked sewer pad and human waste was coming up from the ground. To top it off on day two that same area developed a water leak and quickly turned into a literal cesspool!!!! After speaking to the super three different times, the guy never even looked! That water ran for 7 days without anyone doing anything despite my complaints!! I finally got upset and called the health department and no more then and hour later the super showed up asking when I was going to leave! Not to tell me he is getting it fixed or even to apologize but to ask me when I am leaving! The supers name is Tod, and you will be hard pressed to find a lazier person. Like I was saying he never even came to look at the sewer and once I called the health department he tried to blame the guy in that spot for his cracked sewer. Clearly he is more concerned with his own personal projects and other crap then doing his job. He was never in the office the entire time and the only work I saw him doing was on his own stuff. I practically had to corner him to pay for the spot to begin with. There is garbage and cut down tree branches everywhere. When we first got there I thought they were doing some tree work but no they literally just left it all over the park. Tod takes zero pride in himself or the park and it really shows!! Its kinda sad honestly the place has great potential and would be wonderful if management cared at all. Here is a funny note that drives home how little Tod cares. After about day five of him not looking into the sewage, I decided it was time to look for a new spot. So I made a facebook post asking if anyone had any recommendations for a good park. I went into detail about the issues with the sewage and the drug use. I even mentioned the signs on the dumpsters that ask you not to toss open needles into them!! I kid you not Tod replied to my ad saying he has spots available!!! Can we say SLUM LORD MANAGEMENT?! I knew ya could! This park is a $#!+whole! This new "GOD" of a manager needs to be fired!! Oh But wait! Where would her daughter live...FOR FREE...If she got fired?! Hold on sec...Her daughter hasn't been able to move into her place just yet. Not until all of HER repairs (that management is paying for) are finished...My bad! This explains why there's no money for the IMPORTANT REPAIRS FOR PAYING TENANTS!!! After I'm done here with this review, I will be getting ahold of a few agencies to report this park for blatant neglect for tenants personal safety, health & well-being; Denying safe & habitable housing; Not just multiple health, but code violations in general. Then, it's time to call 311 to get my complaints logged in there too. If I can find the number for the ACTUAL OWNERS, I'd like to give them a holler as well. Let them know how their forgotten about little crap trap is doin! Perhaps someone, somewhere, along this chain, will finally get something done! They seem to be a ghost though. I'm sure it's a lovely place for someone looking for somewhere to stay a hot minute & had absolutely NO WHERE else to park on their way through town. Even then, as another reviewer stated, you'd be better in a Walmart parking lot. To LIVE in one of the available, permanent, trailers here, however, you're almost better off sleeping outside in your tent. It's probably more stable, definitely cheaper. No matter how hard, long & loud you get at the manager, Terri, your complaints, or pleas for repairs especially, will fall on deaf ears!! Well, IF you can get ahold of her & IF she is feeling gracious enough to give you a response. Which is generally, "We don't have the money for that. You have to fix that yourself. No, you will NOT be reimbursed. No, it will NOT be taken off of your rent either". She will find ANY way to try to get out of even having a half assed repair done. To include blaming you for the damages that were already there when you moved in. People have moved bc their trailers have LITERALLY fallen down/out from under them. What's more, those trailers are not only STILL sitting there, but they are STILL heaps. How's that for safe? Beg for repairs bc the leaking water faucet is not only rotting the floor under the sinks, it's also moldy beyond belief. Light fixtures falling out of ceilings. Water main burst & the ground was torn up for months. Tenants were told by the new manager, Terri, "If they wanted it done, they'd have to help fix it themselves. Bc they couldn't afford the labor for professionals to come out." But when asked if they'd get some kind of compensation for helping, her response was, "Yeah...Water!" New trailers were supposed to be brought in a yr or 2 ago. I think one trailer came in. Wasn't expecting NEW, new, but 40-60 yrs old isn't exactly "new". Whatever, not as though I was going to be one of the lucky ones to get moved into one anyhow. The on-site "maintenance" man got it. He's about as useless a 1 bit. For those of you who don't know how much a "bit" is worth: 1 bit = $0.02.5 - YEP, 2 & a 1/2 pennies! He gets paid to fix HIS trailer. Beyond that though, he gets to live there for FREE! So, the NON-"maintenance" guy gets paid to fix up his trailer, of which he lives in rent free. Where as the tenant has to pay, out of their own pocket, for their trailer to get fixed. Then, they, themselves, have to fit it into their schedule. Since they can't afford to take time off work for it, bc they'll still have to pay full rent, & management is too poor to reimburse, or actually pay to have it done in the first place like they're supposed to. So, hopefully it isn't anything TOO major! One person said the road just got done, professionally?! LIE!!! The road is still crap, torn apart & full of holes. The rent just got raised $30 though. $650 now, if you're looking. read more

The place isn't fancy by any means, but we feel safe everyday. There are no known issues around here. We are able to take our dog out for walks around. Pretty quiet and nice place to park your trailer. The management seems very helpful. read more

Still waiting for certain things to be fixed in my trailer but to the landlord, Terri, it's not urgent enough for anything to be done. My toilet feels like it's about to fall threw the floor, my kitchen sink won't stop dripping or leaking underneath to where my floor is rotting and putting buckets and towels under it doesn't help. My walls are bowing in, I have two big holes in my ceiling cause of her so called handy man, my specket for my hose won't stop dripping or leaking. My windows should be replaced with different kinds of windows since I'm still getting a breeze and one looks lie someone has been trying to get in. I have wood rot on my window ceils. My door doesn't shut right, but apparently my safety isn't important enough for her or the owners to care to get it fixed. If you want anything done here you better be wishing cause it won't happen. She has one of het friends living in a mold infested trailer. The trailer next to me isn't even done being repaired correctly and she's been trying to rentit. She talks crap about certain tenants all the time. She's a slumlord and don't give 2 shits about any of the tenants unless you are actual friends or family than you get whatever you want. read more
