They were exceptionally responsive (same day diagnostic) and punctual (on time at pickup and delivery) when either coming to the house to diagnose the issue or picking the boat up to transport it to their shop for repair. They did a one-day turn around on our Yamaha trim/tilt motor. This was our first experience with them, but if we ever need any further boat repairs - Hicks Marine Service will be who we call. read more
