They wanted the build done quick and dirty to get their hands on our money. We made it very clear that quality was a high priority for us but what we ended up with was a disaster. The build was easily one of the very worst experiences of our lives so we would warn anyone considering using these crooks to stay far away. They make promises that don't plan on keeping. They are HORRIBLE at communication between the contractors and the clients. They are well known for not paying their contractors on time and such most of the better ones won't work with them. Building a new home should be one of the best experiences so PLEASE do not use this company!!! As to their warranty coverage, again, horrible. We've had many major issues with all aspects of our home and despite assurances that if we used "their suppliers" they would support us in any issues that could occur we dealt with most of the problems ourselves. We would sell our home if we could but it has been appraised at far less than we paid for it. STAY AWAY!!!
