HD bid on sleeper loveseat reupholstery job and gave us expectation of 4 month turn around. Price was little high, but time was important issue. Had no word for 6 months and called to get update on completion of 1 more month. More calls, excuses and 18 months later, couch was delivered. Back cushions so overstuffed they were hard and left seating area very narrow, side wings were wobbly, but we just wanted to be finished with this guy! After about a month, we pulled out the bed for guests with difficulty. The next time used it would not open, then seats collapsed. On inspection we discovered that what had been heavy duty solid wood frame now had bed mechanism attached to particle board and mounted off center causing the difficulty unfolding. The particle board splintered and couch rendered useless. We suspect that they broke front of couch, procrastinated on repair and used cheap materials. Paul deserves a -5 stars. Beware... read more
