I placed an order for a single axel Pontoon Trailer on 04/18/2025. At that time I was told it would be Ready in 2 -4 weeks. FIVE WEEKS later, still no trailer or even a frame of one. Just a bunch of LIES every week about some delay. Never notified me of any delay. I had to drive to the place & then find out some BS reason they had not done anything. After Five weeks , I was through with "High Tech". Got a refund of my deposit, and went to another place and got a New Pontoon Trailer built in Less than a Week & half. That is the way to do it. High Tech Never relayed any message to me. I went to their place time after time and all I got was BS LIES. You need a new trailer, dont go to High Tech cause they are really LOW Tech. Wish I could give ZERO Stars cause its a ZERO place. read more

Excellent! I had a bearing fail. They stock large variety of parts and provided recommendations. Pricing was very good and stock high quality parts. They also have a small tackle store with trailer supplies. read more

Got to the beach for the week and when I backed the trailer in I broke a u-bolt. Called Hi tech and they advised all slots were full but if I would get it to them they would have it done before I needed it a few days later. Got me back on the road with no issues and squeezed me into the schedule!!!!! read more
