In an attempt to make his backyard a little more fun I visited Crane Pool Supplies. The customer service I received was outstanding. For about an hour I was given a run down on everything I needed to know about owning and running a Jacuzzi. While I did enjoy the tutorial, I was sure that once this guy was done, he was going to try and sell me a million and one things I didn't need. But, surprisingly, I walked out with about $50 worth of chlorine tablets, and a few other little things that made the running of the Jacuzzi a whole lot easier. That's what I love about Crane Pool Supplies. They never try to rip you off, or trick you into buying unnecessary products.

He could see I was a little concerned. Although the technicians were fully booked the next day , Mark said he would come over himself early the next morning before going to the shop. True to his word, he arrived early and quickly fixed the problem. He also gave me some sound advice about maintaining the pool. His knowledge and people skills were outstanding. I also thought the charge was very reasonable. I really appreciate the prompt attention of Mark and would thoroughly recommend Crane Pool Supplies for all your pool needs.

And honestly, if you have a walking lane in a pool then it beats anything hands down. And people actually walk it. It's amazing.

A good number of cardio machines so you can usually get one one of them in peak times without a wait. I've done a few of the classes. Aqua aerobics was fun and a good sort class if you're easing into exercise; and the boxing in the park class was full of seriously athletic mums and it's hard but still fun and a fantastic work out. The cafe serves Toby's Estate coffee and has some great muesli options. I like the gym on normal days but it gets really noisy when there is a Zumba class on. These classes take up the whole stretching area in the corner of the gym, and the noise is overpowering (you won't be able to hear your own music or the foxtel on your headphones). I've mentioned the noise a couple of times to the staff and while apologetic, they don't seem to plan on doing anything except 'reminding the instructors' which isn't working. Every time I'm there when Zumba is on, I go home with ringing in my ears and a headache. (I would be interested to find out if the noise levels are in line with the Managing Noise Code of Practice set out by WorkCover, or with the general Duty of Care to members) Tonight the music included the chicken dance, complete with flapping wings and clapping, with music blasting at an intolerable level. It was like a terrible 90s wedding.
