Perhaps a sauna? Renaud has an indoor pool with open (general) swim area, lap lanes, water features, and a hot tub. The gym includes workout machines and free weights. Cycling, rowing, walking and stair machines are nearby. Personal trainers can coach you for additional cost. The gym has multiple basketball courts for half-court play or single shooting practice, plus volleyball courts. A 1/10-mile overhead walking track circles the workout area and overlooks the basketball activity. At additional cost to the reasonable single, couple or family memberships are dozens of classes on health, fitness, personal growth, and entertainment for adults and children. Locker rooms include showers and no-charge locks are available. Convenient parking.

Running on the long trampoline and jumping into a large foam pit a favorite activity. Uncrowded, there is no waiting in lines. Way to go Spirits! I had no idea what to expect when I first walked in, my wife and daughter have been to parties hosted here but I was clueless. The first thing I noticed was how outgoing and friendly the the host was, there were a total of 2 employees but one was obviously the primary and her name was Jamie. Once they entered the gym Jamie gathered all the girls around in a circle and started some stretching exercises while explaining what they were going to do and all the rules about safety, sharing, etc. Jamie was very good at getting the girls listen to her while making them laugh and feel right at home. She also made sure everyone knew why they where there and really made my daughter feel special. The girls did a few minutes of warm up then proceeded to spend an equal amount of time at several different stations with various activities. The girls had an absolute blast going from the trampolines, to the uneven bars, to swinging from a bar like tarzan and dropping into a giant pit filled with foam. There was so much to do that not one girl even thought about being bored. While the girls really had fun, the one person who was responsible for the party being so successful was the host Jamie, she was so energetic, outgoing, funny and caring that she made the whole thing a complete success. We, like most, have tried multiple alternatives for child care, but have yet to experience the level of attention that this crew is determined to show on a consistent basis. I was so pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail placed on assisting my children with their virtual school obligations, and what is clearly an above and beyond attitude towards informing me regarding their concerns, but more often than not, praise when they witness a positive behavior from my children.
