Buck Raith, one of the owners, came to our house and talked about what would be done in detail. We talked about materials, style, support, everything we could think of and more. Buck gave us an estimate and references. After looking at some of their work, we were impressed and decided to go with them. Surprisingly, we did not have to make any down payment or deposit. We were told we didn't pay until we were satisfied with the work. Work began on schedule. The deconstruction took longer than expected, which did not surprise me. We were very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of the workmanship throughout. We changed the railings and were only charged the difference in the cost of the materials. We are extremely satisfied with the result. It was better than we hoped for. The deck is beautiful and is exactly what we wanted, and at the price we agreed to at the beginning. If you need a deck built, or need any other work done on your house, I would say look no further. You can't go wrong. I would be happy to give a personal reference.

The solid wood frame is cut to perfection and looks beautiful! The quality is amazing! A very professional job! Everything is so sturdy and well crafted. I had two doors installed so I could access my backyard and David put a double locking system on each for security. He put ledges around my bay window and all the way up to the top of the catio so my cats would have plenty of places to climb. He also installed scratch pads on parts of the frame so my cats can scratch their claws. Then, as if that wasn't enough, he installed a giant branch, stretching across the top of the enclosure. My cats absolutely love it! They watch the birds and love chasing the bugs. I am so happy that they get to enjoy the outdoors, safely.
