We greatly regret ever hiring Dave Heyboer as our lawyer. Twice he failed to respond to the court's requests, the second time we were held in contempt of court for not cooperating with a request he did not communicate to us. A simple legal matter stretched out to a two year nightmare due to his apparent incompetence and lack of follow through. He failed to take responsibility for not returning calls and emails, blaming his computer, or just ignoring the matter completely. Please learn from our experience and go elsewhere. read more
