Our bed frame was missing a bolt. Eric went to the truck and found what was needed to tighten the frame. This was above and beyond what was needed. Eric responded to that review, and our discussion on how to resolve the piling issue came back to life. Endicott lived up to 100% of the offer they made to us to fully refund our purchase price as a credit towards a new item from their store. We picked out a new couch with the great help of Vicky and Eric. It was delivered on time (no charge for delivery) and the pilling couch taken away. Hahaha Today I got delivered a queen over queen bunk bed for my log cabin on little Sebago. This line of furniture is no joke! Solid real wood made by the Amish. We already own bunks and beds at another location so I knew I would buy these again and only have to buy them once for the remainder of my days as the quality is solid. The reason for this review is to point out the delivery crew. I believe all other companies guys would have got back in the truck and went home when we realized this monster was not going up the staircase. Instead we brainstormed and we took apart wooden side rails on the staircase. We got the bed into place and I guarantee the beds going to be there forever. It looks like one big building and two houses attached. We entered and decided to go right and off we went. We were just blown away by how many different styles of bedroom, living room, and kitchen furniture options there were under one roof! They have specialty areas like an area for just bedrooms which was very extensive from the main floor down into the basement all kinds of configurations to choose from, then there's the recliner section which has all shapes and sizes, we even found a recliner that fits my husband of 6'6! They offer free delivery throughout New England! Across the room was their art section that was tastefully displayed in small walls that turned like pages in a book! Awesome way to display everything they have to offer. They also decorated each room as well. Then there's the sign hallway where you can find all kinds of verbiage for your home whether it's house rules etc r humorous sayings they have it. There's a room filled with rugs of all shapes and sizes as well as custom cuts! The kitchen area had something for all sizes of kitchens where table leaves are hidden in the table! I took like a thousand pictures because we could not believe the amount of items and how it kept going on and on. We will be back because we found a chair for the man, a new kitchen set up for the family, and some sarcastic art work I want hanging in my house! There is no sales tax and the prices were below what we have seen in Portland. If you need furniture or maybe some ideas, it is well worth the adventure over to NH for a day trip. We were really happy with the range of items to choose from and ordered great quality furniture for a really manageable price. When the deadline came for getting the furniture in, not everything had been delivered. Kyle arranged for brand new furniture from the store to cover us until the complete order arrived. Then they came back and redelivered still no charge.....removing the " loaner " furniture and completing our order. These guys are a class act and really covered our butts for our first rental. I wish we had these guys in Connecticut!

Such a cute store with so many neat crafted items for the home! There is an assortment of refurbished furniture that has a nice rustic look and lots of owl decor including cute softies for kids! There are cute wooden cuts of local states with a shabby chic finish... NHs have been sold out but she takes custom orders (someone asked for cape cod and other locations). She also does interior decor consult work it seems with examples behind the main counter. I noticed an iPad with a square payment... Very simplistic and modern! And green with e-receipts! Love the feel to this store! Lots of great gifts for housewarming or just for the one who loves their home decor! We are sure to stop in again. And Jill was very pleasant!

This is one of those stores that looks small but that you could spend longer than you thought browsing in. Unlike many vintage shops with mildew and funky smelling items, everything here is pristine and clean. You never know what you'll find ... home decor, furniture, jewelry, wall art. The staff is SO helpful here ... as near as I can tell its an all-female owned collective. There are a few different sellers who have space here, so its a varied theme. The owner was absolutely super helpful in answering questions and facilitating a sale. She even helped us park and load a small piece of furniture into our car. I really can't say enough great things about the owner's helpfulness and the friendliness of her staff. We make it a point to stop here each time we pass through or by Newburyport and each time we come across something new and fun. There are a few similar shops in town but we find the selection and prices are the best here. Newburyport itself is such a fun little town to walk around. It feels like a little town in England. They even have a small store which sells English goods across the street from Green Plum. (see my review of that shop.) The only thing I'll say is that it would be nice if there was some hand sanitizer at the door when you walk in. And because there are a lot of cool things to look at in a long, narrow shop, it can get a bit crowded near the cash register area from a social distancing aspect.
