I went to Arthur Montres for advice and (paid) assistance with sending a defective watch to the manufacturer for repair. It was a new watch which I bought elsewhere because Arthur Montres didn't have the one I really wanted. The manufacturer recommended me to go to Arthur Montres because of the distance to the other shop where I actually bought the watch.
During some time of reflection after asking one of the employees some questions, the owner, or at least the one in charge, heard that the watch wasn't bought there. As a result he instructed all his employees to either leave or completely ignore us without exchanging a single word with us himself.
We left in disbelieve.
If such childish, disgruntled, unprofessional, disrespectful and rude behaviour is a sign of how people are always treated whenever the owner is not satisfied, you might as well not waste your time going there.
