My family recommended this spot for a date night, and frankly, I was surprised to find such a lovely, high-end spot in this tiny fisherman's village without ride share access. Although we walked here in the rain and entered the restaurant more than a little damp as brash Americans would, we were met with kind service and delicious seafood. Your fancy night out in Yerseke begins at De Branding! To the Zeeland locals, yes, it's OK to come over to Yerseke for the seafood once in a while :)

Along with the daily special we ordered filet mignon with fries and salad, as well as shrimp croquettes. Unfortunately we were given the incorrect cut of beef and it was quite overcooked. The accompanying sauce and salad were flavorful. Fries and house-made mayo were good. Shrimp appetizer was tasty. Service was just ok. Restrooms were downstairs and not accessible for one person at our table. There are better options for dinner in my opinion. Oh, and their hours of operation on Apple Maps, Google Maps and Yelp are incorrect. We dined on a Monday evening when all indicated they were closed.
