Our experience with Julie and the Cendejas Group was nothing short of exceptional. I hope to…read moreoutline a couple of reasons I feel this way, and how they contrast with other agents we have worked with in the past. Market Knowledge - Julie is an expert in the Treasure Valley, if you give her an idea of where you will be working, what kind of lifestyle you want (rural vs urban vs very rural), your favorite shopping locations, etc she can give you an idea of what part of the valley you will want to look at and what areas you will want to avoid. This cuts down search time tremendously, as it gives you epicenters to concentrate on and places to not waste your time. Communication - Julie is one of the best and most professional communicators that I have worked with in the business. She is matter of fact, but far from curt. Exactly what I want in an agent - be a straight shooter. Julie has this quality in spades. She also always has the best interest of her client in mind and will be honest if she thinks you are making a mistake or being unreasonable. Both welcome and admirable traits in an agent. Friendly - Julie is one of the sweetest people we have ever met or worked with. She took a genuine interest in our children, our pets, etc. She has checked back in several times, long after her commission check cleared. That's how you earn repeat business and clients. Overall, I would (and do) recommend Julie to anyone and everyone I talk to who is looking for an agent. Her track record speaks for itself, and you don't have clients that are this happy without doing a lot of things right!

My wife and I will not use any other agent/partner and enthusiastically recommend Julie for your real estate representation.

But was very worried since I wasn't familiar with the Treasure valley. Researching online for schools, cities and neighborhoods can be very overwhelming. We were recommended to Amy and Jennifer from a friend that also purchased a home with them. She listened to what I was looking for, my concerns, responded to my silly questions on text, but I also felt like she understood what kind of person I was. I believe that is important when helping someone find the best home. We finally met and she gave me her honest opinion of areas and was knowledgeable of the Treasure valley. She drove all over the area showing me around. I was so grateful and amazed of the time she spent with me. She is smart, calm and honest and I trust her to this day. When we eventually sold our house, Amy spent 2 days for both visits showing us homes. Whatever you need she will help you. We were blown away by Amy's assistant Jennifer. She's fast at getting information about properties and was always available and on top of everything. They were my eyes when I couldn't be there. We finally found the home we wanted and Amy made our dreams come true. Her knowledge of the real estate world is amazing. Fast forward, we have been in our new home for 3 months in Eagle and we are the happiest we have been. We love our neighborhood, city, home and most important our kids love their school. Her knowledge of the area and realistic appraisal of what life was like in Boise appealed to me, so I traveled here to meet her. She helped me get acquainted with the various neighborhoods in Boise and showed me a few properties based on my specifications. Because I was retired and was waiting for my condo in Washington State to be renovated and sold, I was able to take my time finding the perfect home. While Lisa was happy to find potential homes for me, I sometimes preferred to go out searching on my own, visiting dozens of open houses and viewing countless houses from curbside. But whenever I wanted to view a house more closely, Lisa arranged a viewing by the next day and gave me her honest opinon of the place. There was never any hint of pressure or impatience as I continued my search thoughout the summer. When I found the perfect property, Lisa helped me secure it before anyone else knew what happened, which was important in this fast-moving market. The closing was handled quickly and professionally with zero drama, and I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. Thanks, Lisa!

However, I was wrong and I was deceived as a first time homebuyer. When it came down to negotiating with the seller the day my offer was accepted, she promised a financial gift to me to help with closing costs- but she never follow through. I closed on my house in January 2021 and made many attempts to contact her, including calling her previous (KW) and now new (Epic Realty) agencies to track her down. After many attempts, she told me she was out of the country for a few weeks and will either drop off or mail a check to me. After a few more weeks with no word, I contacted her again and never heard from her. She had also promised to replace the front door - which she had paid for but needed many reminders for replacing after I had closed on my house. It took about two months to finally replace. If you are looking for a realtor who keeps their promises and has you in their best interest, she is not for you. I hope that no one has to experience what I did.
