From dealing with Hannah and Kim, everything was top rate. They were very respectful of our property and came exactly when they said they would. One of the owners, Josh, came out to do a site evaluation and was spot on where the tent should be located for our daughter's wedding on 10/3/2020. They delivered on Thursday and came and took it down on Monday. I had called so many times and changed the size of the tent twice, when we knew how many people were attending. We rented from Hess tent rental for our wedding this past weekend. We had a very good experience at first when setting up the event with them in their office. Then the day before the wedding came when they dropped everything off. Then tent was nice so I was excited. We started to unpackage the linens to put them on our tables noticing they had dropped off 2 different color linens. We only have 5 of the right linens! Our guest tables had two different colors out sweetheart table was messed up the banquet table linens also! So I call the on call person and he can't come up with a solution. He tells me he can bring me white or black ones that's it who wants black linens on their wedding day! So I'm completely upset as my table linens ruined my whole theme! After that things just go down hill because we start to realize there is so many more things wrong. There was light bulbs out, the dance floor was missing a chunk where a guest could of gotten seriously hurt. I just couldn't believe that after paying these people so much money they couldn't get this stuff right or afford to at least have working strings of lightbulbs! At the end of the day when your looking for your event do not go here! There is way better places out there and I wish I would of went somewhere else at least all the other people I hired for my wedding were awesome which helped my day a little better! read more
