The massage was great-he was able to fix my shoulder that has been giving me issues for weeks-so thank you Now to the part where he went above and beyond: Our compact car got stuck on soft sand and as I was expressing how stressed we were Javier went out of his way, after our superb massages, and helped congregate multiple men to help get our car out of the sand. Adding an update to our experience at the Sand Bar…read more Unfortunately this time the captain of our Cruise Ship made a decision to bypass the port after one of the crew members fell into the water as they were trying to tie up the first of the tender boats. Huge swells made it too risky to try to safely transfer a couple of thousand passengers onto the tenders. That being said I contacted The Sand Bar and explained that we weren't going to be able to make it for the before said reason. They do have a 24 hour deadline for cancellation but they were very understanding and refunded our money. Well, let's just say they let us borrow it back for a couple of months because we'll be back in Cabo in February and the Sand Bar is a must go to every time we cruise there. We were very disappointed to miss it this time around because we had hyped it up so much to my son and his friend who are traveling with us. But I really appreciate that they understood the situation and waived the 24 hour rule. Too many businesses these days have forgotten the golden rule of putting the customer first. The Sand Bar remembers it, and when you add the very best massage in Cabo to the equation it's a no brainer if you're looking for a relaxing and memorable massage!!
