Good food, good price, great location.
Ambience: Plenty for everything - views of the cathedral, seating upstairs for a quieter, more isolated dining experience. Perhaps a few too many tables, but this location means that there are tons of tourists to be accommodated.
Service: Very friendly staff even when way over taxed. I went on a Sunday when half the places nearby are closed so this one was especially busy. The owner was always asking around to make sure everyone was taken care of.
Food: This place is called a "Tea Salon" and offers a huge range of interesting teas but also great meals. I didn't want to dwell, so I simply ordered a main of beef kebabs (not its French name obviously). It was cooked precisely the way I wanted with a nice fresh salad and roast vegetable sides. It disappeared quickly. The desserts I saw all looked spectacular and I'd want to try them next time I'm around.
Price: Very decent and even more so given the location directly in front of the major attraction in the region.
All in all I'll probably go back, even given the wide variety of interesting and exotic places to be tried in the neighborhood. read more
