Within a day, Mr. Kramer checked out the vehicle and told me there was a small oil leak from a gasket. He steam cleaned the engine compartment which allowed me to pass re-inspection and register my vehicle. The next week I returned my vehicle to Kramer's to have the gasket replaced. Mr. Kramer and the staff were friendly, speak English very well, accept VAT Forms and in my opinion, charged a very fair price for the work that was done. I would recommend Car Service Krämer to anyone who needs towing, parts, or repair!
