I had a very frustrating experience at Family Smiles of Palestine and will not be returning. For…read moredays, they called to confirm that both my kids and I had appointments, which I confirmed multiple times, and I even rescheduled one child for the 22nd ahead of time. When I arrived around 9:30 AM, I clearly told the front desk that we all had appointments, but I was only given paperwork for my kids. After waiting over an hour, my kids were seen while I was completely overlooked. When I asked about my appointment, I was questioned about whether I had even checked in, and after waiting even longer, I was given a dismissive excuse that maybe I "didn't speak out loud" or wasn't understood. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and made no effort to fix the situation or take accountability. I felt disrespected and ignored, and I will be warning others not to go there.
