I chose this business based on reviews.Quality for service requested was poor. I took in a pair of…read moreboots to be resoled and reconditioned. After explaining what I was looking for the store employee informed me that the soles were still in good working condition and didn't need to be replaced. He recommended that they be reconditioned. I agreed and left feeling like I was at the right place! After picking them up, at home it was time to put them on. I then realized that they had only been reconditioned on the outside of the boot. The laces had not been removed in order to condition the tongue and the inside of the eyelets. Very disappointing. I will not be using this business again.

I have a ball glove that uses velcro to tighten over the back of my hand. The fuzzy part of the…read morevelcro has been replaced 6 or 7 times over the past year and within a few weeks, needed to replaced again. Javier looked at it, expressed concern that my super glue repair effort might break his needles as the glue had stiffened and hardened, but took it back to look at it to see what he could do. A few minutes later, brought it back out to me with it working perfectly! He had been able to attach a new piece of the fuzzy velcro wider than my super glue mess and sewed that in place! He charged me $15, but I gave him a $20 and told him to keep the change. He stopped what he was working on to hear my problem, anticipated an issue, and fixed it working around his potential concern. That's worth something extra to me. Thanks, J!

I absolutely would not recommend this place. I dropped my shoes off in August. I called 2x to check…read moreon the shoes in Sept and the owner stated he was still working on them. I called in November and the owner said he finished cleaning the shoes 3 WEEKS AGO. The owner never called to advise the shoes were complete. I paid $40 for cleaning only for the suede to be STRIPPED and for the owner to only spot clean the shoes leaving stains untouched on the sides of the shoe. The owner stated he doesn't clean the entire shoe only certain places on shoe (i.e. front of toe) not entirely toe box I would never ever recommend any person patronize this place. I have to find another person to repair his work.
