I called in November and the owner said he finished cleaning the shoes 3 WEEKS AGO. The owner never called to advise the shoes were complete. I paid $40 for cleaning only for the suede to be STRIPPED and for the owner to only spot clean the shoes leaving stains untouched on the sides of the shoe. The owner stated he doesn't clean the entire shoe only certain places on shoe (i.e. front of toe) not entirely toe box I would never ever recommend any person patronize this place. I have to find another person to repair his work.

Javier looked at it, expressed concern that my super glue repair effort might break his needles as the glue had stiffened and hardened, but took it back to look at it to see what he could do. A few minutes later, brought it back out to me with it working perfectly! He had been able to attach a new piece of the fuzzy velcro wider than my super glue mess and sewed that in place! He charged me $15, but I gave him a $20 and told him to keep the change. He stopped what he was working on to hear my problem, anticipated an issue, and fixed it working around his potential concern.
